Our Home is located walking distance to the Beach! Just 0.4 mile/10 minute walk to a more private beach access. Take a 6-minute walk to EI Woods Park and go fishing, or walk the trails. Listen to the ocean waves from our screened porch, or relax and take a nap! Rent a golf cart, bikes, Kayaks from a local business, and enjoy nature close by! Home sleeps 11 with the Downstairs Suite.
Note: Steep Stairs for small children. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes All used bedding and towels to be places on Tile Floors in Laundry Room
Please make sure nothing is missing, talk with your guests. Cleaning lady has a check item list. Thank you!
If anything was broken, please let Host know. Set all thermostats back to 76 in the summer. 68 in the winter. Have a safe travel back home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking on outdoor Screened Porch No outdoor music passed 8pm. Stains on bedding, towels, will incur an extra charge per owners discretion.
No more than allowed guests. There is an extra charge. Need owners approval. Adjust Thermostat, but only 2 degrees up or down our current setting.

The property was beautiful and we had plenty of space for our family vacation of 7 adults, a toddler and newborn. The location is great with a golf cart rental. The property owner was easy to reach, helpful and so easy to work with.

The only issue we had was the ill-equipped kitchen. It was difficult to cook. But the atmosphere was extremely pleasant and the host was great.

Kitchen was clean. Not a well stocked kitchen for silverware, cups, sharp knives. In other words if you are planning to cook meals check the kitchen to make sure you will have what need.

This home and the hosts were amazing. The home was clean and spacious making is easy for all of us to stay comfortably. The only thing that could be improved upon is there is a lack of kitchen supplies and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. Overall the check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The location was an easy walk to the beach and back.

The rooms were clean. There was a few plumbing issues. Nothing we couldn’t live with. I would say that this house would not be good for any young toddlers as there are lots of stairs, but overall, we enjoyed this house very much. It was perfect for our family.

We were so pleasantly surprised with this rental. The pictures do not do this home justice. The home is large and comfortable and the atmosphere inviting. We definitely would return for a stay. The dining room and kitchen is large enough to accommodate all your guests, and the prep space is perfect. The rooms are large and open with plenty of room for your traveling guests.Arlin, the host is available for any and all questions and makes suggestions as well to make your stay comfortable and fun! The walk to the beach is only about 8 to minutes and the park is just down the road

This home is located walking distance to the beach, some shops, the Emerald Isle woods. You can leave the house for a walk, run or go biking, and feel the true meaning of freedom. I mean we have freedom, but when it is you and nature, you live freedom, you feel free!

What makes this property unique

We hope you love the location of our Home as much as we do. A vacation home, but less commercialized. Beach access is for residents and guests only, so it won't feel as crowded as the other side of the Island. This side of the island is more of a residential area.
