Our boat has a full size bed in each bedrooms and a full size futon in the living room, and sleeps 4 people comfortably. 2 additional people can stay free when bringing own sleeping bags for the futon.

Boats, Kayaks , Canoe Rentals, and boat slips.(for a fee). *OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE* It is mandatory under the marina's policy to register at check in and check out with the office to confirm that you are an authorized guest on our houseboat and at the marina.
The marina is asking our guests to fill out a pre check in form so they know in advance who will be visiting the marina. A link will be sent a few minutes after the booking. Please fill out the form, so they will have the information before your arrival.

We provide a starter pack of essentials to get you started.( toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap)

**Very Important!!**

This is a boat, so it has different plumbing than regular houses. Do not throw away anything in the toilet and please only use toilet paper provided by us.

**Our boat does not move and stays docked at all times.**

If you’re planning to bring your own boat to the Marina and need a slip, you need to make arrangements with the Marina office prior to your arrival. They have nightly rates for slip rentals.
Another option(Free) is Ed Stone Park (public park/boat ramp) which is right next to the marina. You can park your trailer and launch your boats for free here.
