In the heart of it all!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we really enjoyed it once again! The location can't be beat. The staff is so friendly. The condo has plenty of room for all of our family (grandparents, aunt, two kids and my husband and I) and enough common areas space to host extended family for an evening of fun. We hope to return to the property again!

Awesome Location

Right in the action. The resort daily breakfast buffet is so convenient along with the ski/snowboard gear "valet". The condo was spacious and very clean with direct views of Peak 8. Immediate access to pick up rented gear or to sign up for and take lessons.

Great location for a family

Property was clean and service was friendly and helpful. Shuttle services both for the building and the BMMA were very convenient. Ski valet was excellent service. The unit has 4sleeping rooms, but one is more of an office, sharing a fireplace with the living areas. It was difficult to sleep in this room due to noise. The laundry closet needs a light so you can see what you are doing. One parking space for a 4 room unit is not enough. Thankfully the building had extras for us, but it should be called out in the listing as they said that’s not always available. The thermostat must have had a program

Things broke

Two of the barstools the legs were broke and uneven. My son sat in it, and almost cracked his face on the bar. Master bed feels like it could be broken. Steam shower does not work in master bath. The coffee Wrong with Hot machine in the wall does not work. Hardly any hot water.

Nice but no hot water

The facility was very clean and comfortable, location was great, staff was friendly. The kitchen in the unit needed repairs. The main oven did not work. After two days an appliance repairman came and pulled out the oven to replace a broken part. We also had a light over the cooktop replaced. One burner on the cooktop did not work. The built-in microwave did not work, but there was a counter top microwave. The worst problem was that there was absolutely no hot water in the kitchen or bathrooms for the entire week. We were told to let the water run for 6-7 minutes. That did not help. At best, the water was lukewarm. The only time we had hot water was in the middle of the night.As I checked out I was told there was a 45/night resort fee, which I had never seen in writing or been told to expect.

Simply Amazing!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two children (ages 3 and 8), my in-laws and my sister-in-law. Each of us had our own space, and we were still able to hangout in th.living area after the kids went to bed. The view from the balcony was perfection. I have nothing bad to say about this property at all. We will definitely be back!

Break 2019

Pretty property. Nice staff. I was nervous at first because I booked with VRBO but then receipt said Red Awning. Could not communicate with Red Awning at all they sent me in circles. Then I was told to talk to Vail Resorts. Then told Red Awning, circle again. Thank goodness all was good when I got there. Thanks to the staff on site.
