I chose this condo mainly for the view. On our last trip, we went to Mims restaurant right there at the complex and thought this might be a nice place to stay if we came again. 10 years later we finally made it back. Great accommodation overlooking the bay. Big plus having a kitchen and laundry in the unit for half the cost of the hotel we stayed at last time. Host Lorie was very good providing detailed instructions for check in/out and lists of restaurants and beaches. Also, Iggies Beach Bar is 500 feet down the beach, would recommend it too.

What a gem!

After having a different property cancel our stay 3 weeks out we came across this condo and we are so glad we did! Fairly private cove, snorkeling right out the door (turtles, conch and ton of beautiful fish). Having the resort restaurant for walkable drinks and entertainment was nice and Mims on site was so good if a bit pricey. I could have coffee on that lanai every morning. Great place!

We bave stayrd in other units in Watergate which had better attention from the owner. We complained 2x about poor hot water and the complaint was ignored.

Thank you for staying with us! We did contract maintenance on the Monday morning of your stay to address your concerns. They determined that the hot water was functioning. We are sorry that the high temperature did not meet your expectations. We stayed at the condo the week before your arrival and did not experience issues with the temperature. Hopefully the warm weather compensated for the warm water!
