Not a great experience
After mych research we rented this property and were told a day before check in that we would have to stay somewhere else due to plumbing issues. This was very stressful since we rented the home for my father's memorial and had obviously already sent out invitations. One of our family members went to the original house by accident and told us that there were in fact people staying in it and that it had been double booked! The home we ended up staying in - The view was beautiful but there were many problems with the home that we ended up renting instead. The house has a large square footage and a beautiful view but none of the basic amenities that are expected in a rental home. All of the homes I have stayed in before have the basic items available that this home was lacking. In the bathrooms there were no hand towels nor extra toliet paper. We had to go out to buy toliet paper and tissues. The bath towels privided were very old, small and thin. In the ktichen there was no salt, butter knives or ice trays to make ice. The home was listed as a 6 bedroom and we were confused and disappointed when we found that "bedroom" inside of the garage. A room without a window is not considered a bedroom in California. The house had many other problems like most of the lower plugs don't work and bathtub in the master bedroom leaked constantly. For what I paid for this home I expected not only a large but also comfortable and functional space.
