With 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, this property offers a cozy living room with an additional futon for extra guests. Convenience is achieved with a washer/dryer in the home as well as an entertaining kitchen, wine fridge and WIFI. A personal dock allows for boat access during the summer months. Enjoy the sun rise with a cup of coffee, on the expansive deck overlooking the lake or a quiet dinner by the stone fireplace in the evening. Minutes from golf courses, breweries and local attractions as well as close proximity to Plattsburgh International Airport, the Montreal border and Ferry to Vermont, make this a prime location for your next getaway. The house was clean and organized, well equipped. Excellent view of the lake. The deck could have been swept. It was full of acorns. I almost fell. It looked like it has not been swept for weeks. During our entire stay, we swept it when we got there and before we left. The train passing by the back of the house was adorable the first night but it disturbed our sleep the next nights. The train was very loud late in the night and very early in the morning. This should be mentioned beforehand.Will definitely come back in the future.
