CoZyQ is a 2-bedroom, 2 full baths cottage in charming Chincoteague Island, VA

Located on the quaint Chincoteague Island, our charming 2 bedroom/2 full bath CoZyQ home is nestled on a quiet road with a relaxing view of a small horse farm from the back screened porch. With a queen bed, 2 XL Twin beds, and 2 full size futons, CoZyQ comfortably accommodates 6 people…a portable crib and highchair are also provided. Restaurants, shopping, tennis courts, Memorial Park, and the fairgrounds are an easy walk or bike ride away. The Maui Jack’s Water Park and the entrance to Assateague Island National Park are approximately 1.5 - 2 miles away, and the beach is 3 miles away. CoZyQ offers all the necessities needed for a stress free and relaxing visit. No need to haul in bottled water…CoZyQ has a whole house water softener system and a water and ice reverse osmosis system at the refrigerator and kitchen sink. The kitchen is furnished with a plentiful assortment of kitchen essentials and a gas stove to satisfy the desires of the family chef. Both a Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, flatware, spices, and other cooking accessories are available. Three TV’s with Roku guest devices and a DVD/Blu-ray player, high speed internet, movies, puzzles, games, and books for various age groups provide entertainment for relaxing evenings. Wall mounted hair dryers, washer and dryer, ironing board/iron, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs, a beach wagon, a gas grill and an outdoor shower are provided for your convenience. Additionally, 2 air purifiers and introductory bath/dish/laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. EV charging station (40 amp) is available. We are confident that CoZyQ will meet your comfort, cleanliness, and convenience standards for an enjoyable visit to Chincoteague Island.

Perfect Place in Chincoteague

This house is incredibly well equipped, updated and has everything you need for a perfect stay! They even have a filtering system for the Chincoteague water . The screen porch is wonderful and the owners were so helpful, responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home. It was immaculate in cleanliness. Everything was so nice and easy. The hosts left nothing to be needed and were so helpful with everything. Would certainly love to rent here in the future again.

We loved our long weekend getaway at CoZyQ! Everything was so well thought out with incredible attention to detail. The beds were comfortably firm, and the futon couches were also super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a knife sharpener. It was nice to not have to bring beach towels and other beach gear. We enjoyed the screened in patio and the outdoor shower to keep sand out of the house. This will definitely be our choice for any future trips to Chincoteague.

Fabulous!!

Lovely, fully-stocked cottage in a great neighborhood. Very quiet yet centrally located. We biked to almost everything. Lots of good storage, hooks and shelves. Beautiful furnishings, all comfortable. Large porch and outside shower. We wanted for nothing! We hope to return sometime and highly recommend!

Loved this home. It has everything you need! So many little details by the thoughtful owners. You can tell they have traveled and want to make it a good trip for their guests. I had a few questions and the owners got right back to me quickly. We will be back! Such a nice quiet spot and it was a treat to see horses right beyond the back fence. We spent most of our time on the lovely screened in porch. Very clean home w all you need!!

It was like walking into our home. Everything was there. It was so clean and refreshing. We didn’t need to pick anything up except for groceries. The property is beautiful and the firework display was an amazing view right from the porch. We’ve stayed in Virginia for 10 years and this is the best place we have stayed. Will definitely be back. If I could give 100 stars I would! CoZyQ is absolutely perfect! EVERYTHING is provided that you could possibly need, and the personal touches by the hosts make it feel like home. CoZyQ is immaculate, beds are comfy, linens are what you would find in a first class hotel. Kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking items you need. Hosts are wonderful people. We were lucky to book this for Pony Week and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Relaxing on the screened in porch was our favorite activity after getting up at 4 am to go to the Pony Swim Events. The horses in the back were fun to watch each day. We certainly hope to be able to stay at CoZyQ again in the future. This property is HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Kurt and Dee! Best vacation ever!!

Home away from home

This rental exceeded anything we could have expected. Located on a quiet road centrally located to everything. The home was equipped with anything we might need. My family brought so much more than we needed. Tons of beach equipment available, games, puzzles, and all the everyday essentials you might need. Rental is more spacious than the pictures give it credit. The screened porch was perfect for early morning coffee and relaxing after a busy day with a gorgeous view of horses right in the back yard. We could hear the music from the carnival right from the porch while relaxing. Owner was very responsive and everything was clean and set up before we got there. They even asked my preference of coffee maker prior, to ensure everything was just right. It truly was a home away from home for our week stay.
