RV in pretty good conditions, everything functional, and is seating in a gorgeous piece of la d by the river .. very peaceful. Nice touch with outdoor lights around the patio in front of RV.

We had such a good time! The home is very close to the water! They have tubes and kayaks you can borrow that are accessible all day. The place was clean and pretty spacious. They had plenty of kitchenware to use. It definitely sufficed for our three day staycation.

Great host with great communication. RV just as shown and river is a few steps away. Equipped with all the necessities including an ice maker. My young boys enjoyed fishing, making s'mores, and having an outdoor cookout. In addition a couple of minutes drive from historic Gruene district. Glamping at its best.

The location is fantastic... literally minutes from old town Gruene. Clean and comfortable. Very responsive hosts. The RV is quite worn around the edges. Obvious signs of past leaks, flaky toilet and bathroom fan, loose cabinet trim. No surprises for an older RV. But it has a comfortable mattress and plenty of AC power.

RV had water damage and we were not able to stay in it due to the mold smell. It also had cigarette smell. The people staying on the other part of the property were rude. We didn’t stay. I have pictures of the water damage

It was unacceptable due to many factors. For example the severity of the smell from the toilet, outside area could have been better, and the outlets didn’t work. There needs to be a deep cleaning and the furniture was antiquated. The host was kind and very communicative.
