I have stayed in Charleston at much nicer properties for better pricing. This property says the price per night and then just before checkout adds lots of extra fees. I don’t love that way of listing but it was Easter weekend and not much available.Very noisy as it is right next to highway and the ac in the main bedroom is super loud!Additionally a cat or dog used the driveway as a place to poop and I reached out to host to tell them & they said they have never had that problem vs remedying it. Each night we had to gingerly walk around the mess.I typically don’t post negative reviews but all in all I would not recommend this spot.

Small
The property was clean and the bathrooms and kitchen looked to have been recently upgraded. However, its right next to the highway so the traffic is pretty loud. The road and driveway are tiny, so parking was a little tight. The neighborhood is quite nice with lots of local spots to eat and shop.
What a great trip! If we had needed anything additional or had any concerns/problems, we knew exactly who to contact. I was receiving texts with information up to, during and after the trip. Truly a spacious place, not far from King and easy to find. Must be doing something right if your guests have everything they need for their stay! We could hear the neighbors briefly when they returned home late in the evening/ early morning, but the sound machine was a quick fix. There was some construction nearby that started about 7:30 am but tolerable with sound machine. The beds were so comfortable and after exploring all Charleston has to offer, we found it easy to sleep. Perfect for us. Can’t wait to book another visit.
We came for a sister’s trip. We had such a great time!! It was a wonderful place to stay and close to walking to all restaurants, tours, and shops. We would definitely stay again!
The place is bigger than expected with a great hangout area on the main floor. The location is ideal for walking to all the bars and restaurants. The iTrip team communicated well with all the details before hand which made it easy to just show up and enjoy the city of Charleston.

Close and Cozy
We traveled with friends to visit Charleston and review our history lessons. The home is well appointed and centrally located. We especially enjoyed watching "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil", as one evening was quite rainy. Loved Delasandros pizza shop. Close and delicious.

Over priced & constant Truck traffic
The place was ok, clean, had everything we needed. It is right next to an entrance or exit ramp, and the noise from the trucks was awful! When we got the bill it was almost DOUBLE what we thought it would be! Mostly because they charged a 400 Management fee! Do not stay here!!
The property was close to King St. It was well maintained but the highway noise was constant.

Nothing like the pictures or property description
We thought we had found a charming old house for a very good price. Not what we experienced at all. The neighborhood is not “transitional.” It is very rundown and lots of disturbing construction. The porches are old and dirty, even the back entrance porch. Nothing inviting like the pictures show. The furniture is not what is pictured. It is also old and dirty. The noise is not just disturbing for light sleepers. We struggled every night with street and emergency vehicle noise. We actually left a day early because we needed a good nights sleep for our long drive home. We also had been blocked in the driveway for two mornings, one until almost noon. The two stars are for the cleanliness. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Overall we feel like we were mislead by the pictures and the property description. 10/10 reviews must come from people responding to their email offering a Starbucks gift card.
We had an incredible stay while we were in Charleston! We had everything that we needed and the hosts were so quick to respond with any questions or requests that we had. The location was perfect and so close to tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Would highly recommend this listing and would love to stay here again!
This place is exactly as advertised ... roomy downstairs with two bedrooms and two baths upstairs in a great neighborhood! We had everything we needed to explore Charleston and return to comfortable surroundings.
Yes, there is some highway noise but not enough to keep us awake. The plus side is that it is easy to get on the highway and easy to get back from visiting plantations, Mt. Pleasant, etc.
And we especially loved the neighborhood. Bistronomy at Nico's was so good that we ate there twice. The grocery store across the street from it covered all our needs. And Island Provisions was great for breakfast.
We would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Nice and Cosy
The Sweet Spacious Suite in Charleston had everything we could ask for in terms of amenities. The location is great as well, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops of King St and only 20 minutes from the airport. The driveway is somewhat narrow, but so are Charleston’s streets - get a smaller rental car when staying in this city. Overall we had a wonderful time, aided by our lovely accommodations.
We were fortunate to have found this townhome, just two blocks from King Street, with convenient access to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. While the property is older, it was comfortable, impeccably clean, and the hosts were both responsive and welcoming. The beds were cozy, and we felt very safe during our girls' weekend. I would certainly stay here again!" Thanks, Tammy, Jackie, Kathy & Jennifer
Our stay in Charleston was great. The home was clean and ready for us. We were within walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Parking was convenient off of the street and in driveway next to our house. We had a great time.
Clean & quiet area, close to good eats & shopping. Great for weekend getaway ...or longer.

Needs some work
Love the off street parking. We noticed a stale/cat pee smell when we walked in. Photos do not match the current decor of the house. Most of the furniture is in poor shape and needs to be thrown away as well as many needed repairs to make this place rentable, in my opinion. The front door is very hard to lock/unlock and to open/close for example. I like the overall location minus the noise from the highway behind the house. With a little work this could be a great 5 star rating rental.
Loved the location, close to airport and to all attractions near King Street. Owners were quick to respond with any questions, made sure I had reminders for check-in and for check-out—very easy!
We rented this place for my husband's birthday, and it turned out to be perfect for our needs. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The backyard was great for us, especially since we were traveling with our dog. While there is construction directly behind, it was quiet from Friday to Sunday. However, the noise on Monday started around 7 am and was quite loud.

Charm in Charleston
We enjoyed our stay in Sweet Spacious Suite! The house was easily accessible, very clean, and well supplied. (Loved having the drying rack!)
Thank you for the wine and cookies—a sweet treat indeed!
