THE GREAT ROOM IS FURNISHED WITH TWO NEW FULL SIZED LEATHER COUCHES EACH WHICH HAS 3 SECTIONS THAT RECLINE. ALSO, IT IS EQUIPPED WITH A 60" FLAT SCREEN SMART TV. THERE IS A FULL-SIZE LG HIGH EFFICIENCY WASHER AND DRYER FOR YOU TO USE AS WELL. THIS CONDO IS NO SMOKING AND DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
