Good location. Nice unit-my only concerns mattress on the pull out sofa-very uncomfortable makes your back hurt-Needs to be REPLACED with good mattress. Also, (SAFETY) please make lock on the front door child proof-my 18 months old kept opening it up and slipping outside. Next, kitchen utensils needs wooden utensils-we bought at dollar tree so, we didn't have to use flimsy plastic ones that they had when we had to sautee food. Otherwise, we would recommend the place and if above things would be supplied would love to come back.
