Everything we hoped it would be. Rustic, comfortable, quiet, beautiful. Sauna was a great treat!

Was exactly as described. Very cozy and peaceful. Definitely would be a better winter cabin than a summer cabin with the fireplace and sauna so I can’t wait to come back in the winter sometime.

The cabin is immersed in a beautiful forest, with many hiking trails in the property, where you can see wildlife such as deer, squirrels and many birds. The sauna is a great plus. Super recommended.

Peaceful cabin in the woods

We just enjoyed a great weekend here. The cabin is secluded in the woods. Plenty of paths to walk around the forest. Tighe also loaned us a couple of bikes for the afternoon. Perfect place to just relax and get away. Awesome for dogs that love to run around and explore. Cabin is clean and very nice. It’s a small place with no TV or WiFi but thats what we needed.

This is a magical place. We've stayed at a number of VRBO cabin type places in WI and this one is our favorite. Secluded - beautiful long walking trails - sauna - and a sense of history. You really feel like you're connecting with the world around you when you stay here. The owner, Tighe, is incredibly accommodating. Our car wouldn't start and he helped us get it going - albeit it would have been a great place to be stranded. Our old dog loved it too. Lots of great smells and the trails are meandering.
