We have owned this family beach vacation home for over 20 years and take good care of our renters. You will deal directly with the owner.

This 5 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath home IS ACTUALLY ON SEA ISLAND and is beautifully decorated throughout. It is located in THE VERY BEST location, 5th street! The beach/ocean, Cloister Hotel, Beach Club, & Tennis/Fitness/Spa are all ONLY 2 blocks from our house.

The spacious family room features a wall of windows overlooking a grassed, manicured, back yard with a lighted terrace/patio. Perfect for outdoor day or evening dining and entertainment.
Plump sofas, decorative fireplace with 51" flat screen TV above, flanked by built-in bookshelves with lots of books.
Double screen/glass doors lead to the patio and back yard. Watch the children play in the yard or relax on the comfortable patio furniture or hammock hanging among the palm trees.
Walk one block to see the prettiest sunset over the marsh that you will ever see.
Close the curtains and shutters for a good night's sleep.
High speed secured WIFI and streaming TV are provided.
GOOGLE Home and WIFI EXTENDERS are installed throughout our home to give you complete and efficient internet service.
You can hear the sounds of the ocean from the back yard in the quiet of the evening.
Sit and discuss the fun you had during the day by the portable fire pit on the terrace in the back yard on any night.
Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 1 single bed, all downstairs. 3 single beds and 1 full size baby crib are upstairs. In addition, we provide a collapsible porta-crib and highchair if needed.
Our home is ideal for a large family retreat/reunion or wedding guests. We do request that you don't have parties with lots of guests though.
The cozy setting and friendly environment are perfect for relaxing or having an activity filled calendar.
KITCHEN with new appliances and the POWDER ROOM/HALF BATH have been renovated.

Owner has Sea Island Club Membership and access to Sea Island facilities.
The rental price does not include guest/lessee access passes to the BEACH CLUB or HEALTH SPA, but they can be purchased through the owner.
Access passes may not be required in every renter’s case.
A pass grants you access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives you the ability to book activities, dining, spa, golf, etc with Sea Island, even before your arrival.
If passes are needed, these passes must be arranged and paid for prior to arrival. Owner will assist you with this process.You will be charged Owner’s cost with NO markup. Guest must reimburse Owner prior to arrival as Owner will be charged for these passes. Owner is considered to be your sponsor in the purchase of these passes.

Here are requirements for access passes:
Access Pass fees are per person (parent) and include two (2) unmarried dependent children, per family, under the age of 26. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards ($350) per cottage is required, and the fee for same will be charged to the sponsoring Member's (Owner) account.
Rental guests over the age of six (6) will be issued a Guest/Lessee Access Card.
Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards, and on what days. The cards do not have to be consecutive.
Please contact the Sea Island Club Membership at 912-638-5800 or membership@seaisland.com for additional information as the owner does not know many of the answers to your questions. Membership makes the rules, and they often change without owner knowing it. They are happy to help you.

Here is a current typical example of access cards' cost:
A family of 5 with two adults and 3 children under 26 will be charged the following daily:
$175 per adult per day, nothing for 2 of the 3 children (under 26) and
$60 for the 3rd child under 26.
The total amount for this family would be $410 per day.

You will LOVE the convenience of our home location on the Island.
Very few rental cottages are this close to the Sea Island Resort facilities.

Our family are native Atlantans and have been vacationing at Sea Island since the 1950’s. We love this place! St. Simons Island is nearby with plenty of affordable eating places. This lovely resort is 300 miles from Atlanta, but we still find time to go there every month to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. This is our home away from home. Who else can throw a party or schedule exciting events to enjoy like the folks at Sea Island Resort. Tons of daily activities are available for you and your family. Why they chose this property

We have owned this lovely home for over 25 years. It is our family's vacation paradise and is in the IDEAL location for any activity on Sea Island. Only 2 blocks to the Cloister Hotel, Beach Club, Atlantic ocean & beach, and Sea Island Spa and Tennis Center. Ride a bicycle or walk everywhere you want to go, even to St. Simons Island. This is the cleanest and safest beach in the southeast. Our children grew up here and our two daughters were married at the Cloister chapel. What a special place this is for us. Sea Island is protected with a security gatehouse with a live guard for your vacation privacy. Car passes are required. Owner can obtain those for your visit.

What makes this property unique

Our location relative to all activities presented by Sea Island Resort is unmatchable. We ride our provided bicycles to everything we do while there because of this. The terrain is flat and no hills to climb.In fact we have 12 adult bikes FREE for your use.One has an infant seat attached behind the seat. The back yard has manicured grass and is private, secluded, level, and roomy with a shaded hammock for relaxation. A well lit, spacious terrace/patio with chairs, and padded chaise lounge is available for evening and daytime events and relaxation. There is a teak wood table with umbrella, protecting you from the sun or rain, where you can have an outdoor meal. Use the Weber charcoal grille or sit by the portable, patio fire pit in the evening. You are only 2 blocks from the Cloister Hotel and Beach Club. In fact, you can see the Cloister Hotel from our driveway. There are 3 driveway entrances to our home and covered parking.
