We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and responsive, making the check-in process smooth with clear and precise instructions. The community was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing environment. The home itself was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the clean, family-friendly pool. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend!

The property manager sent us a confirmation, so we assumed we were good. We left home for Houston on the morning of our trip, and I had not heard from the owner. I reached out. They never responded. I called VRBO, and they left me on hold for an hour while they “looked into the issue.” After an hour, they told me that they would refund me but no help finding another place to stay. We ended up in Houston on a Saturday afternoon with no place to stay and everything was already booked because of all the events going on that week. We paid twice as much for a hotel room, wasted a lot of food we brought in a cooler, and ended up coming home two days early. The entire situation was a disaster.
