Wonderful Condo on the Myakka river, close to beaches. Recently remodeled.

Located in Port Charlotte, Florida, Harbour Village Condominiums is right on the Myakka River, with a magnificent view of wildlife, boaters and fishermen right from your lanai. It is 30 minutes away from History Park Punta Gorda and 25 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Gasparilla Island and Englewood. Enjoy the weather, art shows and fine restaurants.
The apartment is on the lower level close to the Olympic size pool and Club House. If you wish to bring your boat, docks are available on a first come basis on the canal right by the parking lot and apartment. Tennis players have two courts available and golfers have many courses to choose from in the area. But if all you wish to do is watch the sunset while you fish, a magnificent pier is a short 5 minute walk away from your front door.
This one bedroom, one tub/shower bathroom unit is completely furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, linen, towels, kitchen utensils, TV and Wifi so all you need to bring is your own clothes!.
There are grills available for your enjoyment as well as ping pong, gym and pool table at the club house where many other activities are held for all tenants every week.
This complex underwent renovation in 2023.

Why they chose this property

After looking at many options, we fell in love with Harbour Village. There was a good reason for it being THE place to enjoy. What sold me on this property?, residents were always happy and enjoying the outside. I figured, there must be a good reason and there is.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy a wonderful well kept place with a wonderful setting. You could spend all day just looking at the view of dolphin, birds etc. Stay and enjoy the condo amenities such as golf, ping pong, pool, fishing, tennis or go to one of the beautiful beaches near by. Or a day of golf with many courses to choose from. Maybe an evening at historic Punta Gorda to end the day.
