This is a review for our entire trip which consisted of a three month stay.
1. We arrived in Palm Desert at 4 p.m. and never received checkin instructions until we called ourselves. Confusion apparently between Modern Vacations and VRBO.
2. Huge Dog stain at the entrance of the master bedrooom. We contacted them about this and a carpet cleaner came out but it was not removable. The whole carpet system should be removed as it is old and dirty.
3. The Master bed should be replaced as it is deformed in the middle and tappers to the edges ..you feel like you are falling off.
4. The high bathroom counters combined with high bowls for sinks made it extremely inconvenient to use...certainly a child could not use it without a stool.
5. Being there for three months we cleaned ourselves and found the vaccum cleaner to be totally useless and stunk when turned on. Should be replaced.
6. Lastly the sheer drapes in the living room allowed for little privacy and during the day (facing west) did not keep the sun and heat out.
The complex and location is a great location and the residents wonderful.
