Note: Entry to the building requires going through a rear door and walking up one flight of stairs.
Features include a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, full private bath with tub/shower combo and private washer/dryer.

This property is within easy walking distance of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, the Abingdon Farmers' Market - and many more area amenities! The area is very walkable, with Plumb Alley being immediately adjacent to our private parking lot - which allows you to zip around town easily and safely!

Recently remodeled and updated, exceptionally clean space with safe, on-premises parking. Very fast internet, excellent location!
