This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an extra large floor plan and is located on the 6th floor of Building E, the newest of the Dunes of Panama buildings.

Sleeping Accommodations:
The expansive primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and amazing Gulf views. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and attached full bath. Both bedrooms have new coastal-look porcelain tile and comfy bedding. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and is located at the end of its own hallway for added privacy. The living room sofa bed has a queen size foam mattress.

Your "home away from home" is set back from the road, away from traffic noises - a beach oasis! Located on the quieter east end, the Dunes of Panama offers 1500 feet of Gulf front, the largest on the beach.

Amenities at the Dunes of Panama also feature 3 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, corn hole (bean bags are in the office), volleyball on the beach. Located in our building are a small fitness center and snack bar. Enjoy a frosty drink from our snack bar or the tiki bar at the heated pool.

Do you need more than one condo? Our family also owns E702, which is right next door, and one floor up.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The minimum age for renters at Dunes of Panama is 25. This requirement is actively enforced.

This is a NONSMOKING unit.

No matter how cute or lovable your fur baby is, the HOA does not allow rental pets in E Building. If you see dogs on the premises, they belong to owners.

Guest check-in should be by 4:00 pm. (This isn’t guaranteed.). As soon as the condo is clean, we will contact the guest with the keyless entry code. Upon arrival, guests will stop at the security entry gate to get parking passes for their vehicles.

Guests can bring two vehicles. Checkout is 10:00 am.

The condo entry door is monitored by an exterior security camera.

Nice Condo!

We had a great time in PCB! Our condo was nice. Love the security at Dunes of Panama. I like this quieter end of PCB much better than Front Beach Road. I guess I’m starting to show my age now. I need low key. The chairs with the condo rental was great! Thanks for including those! Oh, and the pool is very nice too! We enjoyed our stay.

PCB stay

Everyone is very nice here. I always enjoy staying here.All kitchen cooking stuff is there to cook easy access in and out nice pool . Free beach chairs are a bonus.

Great Condo and Owner Communication

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for a family getaway. The condo was ready for check in two and a half hours early. This gave us an opportunity to get settled in and still have plenty of time to enjoy our first day. We had an issue with the keypad on July 4th and it was fixed with in 20 minutes. Gail was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of even on a holiday. Everything about this vacation including the condo was excellent!!!

Great Dunes of Panama Stay

Great condo and great overall stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We had a great stay and will be booking again in the future. We travel to PCB quite often and this location and complex was perfect. Owners are very informative and all amenities provided.

Great condo

Exceeded Expectations!

We’ve been staying at Dunes for 15 years and this condo has been our favorite by far! It was SO CLEAN and cozy with great towels and comfy beds. It has all of the little things that make a big difference from cozy bed/couch blankets to a wide array of kitchen utensils. The owner was so thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great condo, Gail was an awesome host with great communication. She even let us check in early which was a big plus. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. We had a problem with front door and Gail sent someone out immediately to fix it 👍. We will definitely be going back

It was great.The chairs help us since we can’t put up canopies etc. Met interesting people even Ron who owns the concession had a birthday with cake.great spot .easier than staying by the shores of Panama.

Better than expected!

We stayed in this condo in late July with my mom, sister, husband and 3 children aged 1, 7, and 10. Gail was very easy to communicate with from the start. The condo was ready earlier than expected and she reached out to let me know, which we really appreciated. The condo was very clean and looked better than the pictures even. The kitchen had anything we needed, the closet had a broom and vacuum for easy cleaning up after bringing in sand and having children in there. The beds were comfy and there were ample extras blankets and pillows. My older children slept on the bunk bed and seemed comfy. The views if the beach were perfect from the balcony. There was a good amount of seats on the balcony as well. We rarely waited for an elevator and there were carts easily available for check in and check out. Parking was easy and we always had a nearby spot. We didn’t utilize the chairs and umbrella on the beach because we prefer to not be so close and have a larger space for the kids to play. Overall, there isn’t a single thing I would have changed in the condo. It was basically the perfect spot for us and we hope to return next summer!

Great condo! Great host!

We had a great week at the condo. It was lovely... we especially enjoyed the leather recliners. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that there were beach chairs included and the pool near the condo had plenty of seating. There was live music several days that we were there. There was a bar/grill near the pool that we ate lunch at several times. We were close to Wal-mart and so many good restaurants. Gail was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay! We look forward to coming back again!

Everything about this condo was wonderful. Very clean and the furnishings are beautiful. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and chair service made it all complete. I highly recommend staying at Gail's condo. We can't wait to go back!

Everything was very nice. We always stayed at the dunes when our kids were growing up and were pleased with every experience! It has been maybe 8 years since we last visited , and things were still at a very high standard. The condo was clean and comfortable . Everything was Perfect. We bought this condo so we could live in it in the winter, and share it with you all in the summer. Ongoing decorative updates and maintenance occur each winter while we are living in the condo. This past winter, the sliding doors and guest room window were replaced. The main living areas were repainted, and decor was updated. It's a dream come true for us, and we are excited to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Our guests love the spacious feel of this floor plan, and that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, located at opposite ends of the condo, giving each bedroom privacy.

Why they chose this property

The Dunes sits on 1500 ft of beachfront. You'll have lots of room to spread out and really enjoy the beautiful water and white, sugar sand! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! We love the Dunes, because the complex is set away from the road and feels like a real getaway from traffic and congestion found on the west end of Panama City Beach.
