A lovely home and the host was great and supper communicative! Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom is a huge plus and worked out great for our guests. The big open layout and kitchen we fantastic and of course the backyard with pool & jacuzzi were the cherry on top. Would absolutely stay their again.

Amazing Stay

This is one if not the one favorite property in La Quinta. Great house. Very conducive to family gatherings and needs. More than enough room for everyone to do their own thing as well as feel close to each other. This is the 3rd straight year we’ve rented it and we’ll continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The owner/host is wonderful and very responsive. She shows a true concern and interest in you enjoying your stay. Can’t thank her enough. Looking forward to this and other opportunities with her. Thank you so much!

The home is absolutely stunning! We had such wonderful time it has everything you will need and more. Our host was very kind and attentive. We absolutely would love to stay here again. Great stay near polo grounds

Nice large house with well maintained pool and yard. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and big dining room table to accommodate a large group. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Perfect location for festivals. Highly recommend renting e-bikes and skipping ubers. Would stay again.

Fabulous vacation home!

This home was exquisite in every detail. The furniture was high-end, and the design of the house was perfect for a family of any size. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay there again in a minute. The owner, Gail, was very accommodating and responsive to any of our requests. All things considered, it was a superb vacation, and one of the best we have ever experienced.

Great spot for a family

Our family group of 8 + 1 2 year old had an absolute blast. The place was exactly as advertised and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the La Quinta sunshine. The location we love - near all the great spots in La Quinta but also quiet for R&R. The home itself is spacious and comfortable and holds a large group very well. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and super friendly. We can't wait to come back.

The Best Yet!

The property was large and spacious. Very comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing. Sharing a meal at a very large indoor dining table or sitting around the pool in the covered patio made for lifetime memories. Will definitely book this property again.

The house was perfect for my birthday getaway weekend for nine. There was plenty of room to spread out. Communication with Gail leading up to and during our stay was quick and concise. We arranged for a private yoga instructor to come, we used the back lawn, in the shade, which was ideal. We brought a volleyball net and used the umbrella bases for some serious fun in the sun! We wished we had another day to enjoy...

10/10 Would Stay Here Again

This house was exactly as advertised. It was well taken care of, clean, spacious, and laid out really well for the 2 families that stayed there. The outdoor living space was utilized day and night by our group and the grass area around the pool provided areas for fun for those that didn’t want to swim. The bedrooms were all good size that allowed room for pack and plays for little ones. The hosts were quick in their communication and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will definitely be looking to rent this house again the next time we are down in the Desert.

Wonderful property

We had such a great time at Gail’s home. The house is even more beautiful in person and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family. We had children and some extended family with us, and the layout and size of the house gave us a lot of flexibility in making sure everyone had space and comfort. The common areas also gave us a lot of fun together time. Gail and the property manager were very responsive to all of our questions throughout our stay. The kitchen is very well appointed and the furnishings and extras throughout the house really made it feel like home. We can’t wait to find a time to come back.

The property was outstanding and gives you everything it promises. This is my family’s second experience with the property and my family loved it. We will again be booking for next year. This is considered our second home at this point. We barely unpacked and my family was asking me are we gonna stay here next year as well.I can’t say enough about the owner! Handled any issue in a timely manner. Felt very comfortable dealing with her. She cares about her guests. Once again, thank you very much from me and my family.

Amazing new property

We stayed here for 10+ days. It felt just like home. The house was recently built, and has been very thoughtfully furnished. It's not old and dated, but rather very open, bright and modern. It has all of the luxuries of home in terms of linens, dishes, appliances, etc. And it's location made it easy to get around La Quinta. Highly suggest renting this if you want something that's newer. It certainly made the difference for us. We will be back.

Gathering of friends in La Quinta

Everyone in our group of 8 very much enjoyed the house. Everyone thought the large great room (kitchen, dining, living room) was well designed for large parties of people. In addition, the rooms that lead off in different directions from the central room again well done floor plan. Overall with a large group this is an ideal house. Unfortunately, there are no guest amenities for simply staying in PGA West Community. The City of La Quinta is at the furthest end of the Palm Springs valley & unless you are planning your stay to go to Coachella, its a bit of a drive further. As far as our stay & the house was perfect. Everyone enjoyed being under one roof, it was ideal.

La Quinta Stay-cation

We were looking to find that out of the way, yet close to things relaxing get away and we greatly succeeded! Gail was beyond great to work with in scheduling, reserving, and in general communicating with. The residence was exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations which greatly elevated our experience!
