We have rented this place before for our friends birthday party. host is always very good with communication. unfortunately this time around we found multiple alive and dead roaches in the home so that was a little gross

The owner was super quick and helpful when I managed to lock myself out of my room at 12:00 in the morning, he responded immediately and helped me get back in, so overall an solid place to stay and would recommend

Excellent guest. Had a great time and even locked themself out of the room in the middle of the night having a blast and was able to reach out for a back up key. Thankful for guests like these that see the value of an older home by the beach that may not be perfect but provides all you need for so many at the cost of a hotel room but with privacy and space. Roach infested

After finding out it was a trailer because it dont show that on the photos. I told him i was ok with that as long as it didnt come with roaches. After cooking a few meals the kitchen was infested with roaches and roach eggs. The kitchen was pretty dirty day one. I told the host about the roach issue and was ignored. Entry was easy and ot was conveniently by all the things. But beinf ignored after being told there wasnr a roach issue reallt pissed me off.

While I appreciate the communication with the owner being prompt and having a roof over our heads for the one night, it was not a good place to stay. It was not very clean, though it appeared tidied. Photos were great, had no idea it was a trailer till we pulled up! Wouldn't have paid hundreds for this! Roaches in kitchen and ran across LR carpet (also dirty). Fridge dirty, cupboards moldy and holes inside. Outlets were loose, barely able to get a small charge on phones bc they kept falling out. Walls filthy. Broken window in bathroom. Worst was NO Smoke Alarms (all taken out)! Felt grimey staying there. Worst I've ever had to put my children in.

You are wrong! We Dont appreciate the False review. Go spend 300 per night for a room in a hotel, where everybody can sleep in the same bed then we provide an opportunity for families to get together to make memories. There are no bugs it’s treated monthly and it’s an older home so it’s not perfect, but you can take your snotty ass elsewhere. Not only are you unappreciative, but you’re also a pig and left a mess and stole stuff from us out of the home that now has to be replaced. Such a pathetic excuse for what is called a “guest”. And you are not welcome back. I’ll be sure to leave a review for you. That follows you as well.

It was not made clear in the listing that this property is a trailer. The pictures don't reflect it accurately. It was difficult to keep cool and was noisy all the time from the multiple window units. There was no ventilation in the kitchen, other than to open the door, which is rotting and you can see outside around its edges. The drawer fronts were all coming off, and there were broken shelves in the fridge and freezer. The floor was sinking in multiple places. The bathroom window in the master is broken. The walls are peeling in several places and the switch plates don't touch the walls, but are heavily siliconed into place, which doesn't seem very safe. Overall though, it was fairly clean, and our stay was not uncomfortable, for the price.
