Enjoy the best experience in Cali from the Riomaggiore City Tower, the most modern and exclusive building in the city. This design studio combines elegance and functionality, located in the prestigious barrio of Santa Teresita.

A sophisticated environment of 23 m² designed for your total design:
Descanso Superior: Cama Queen-size con sabanas de alta calidad y persiana blackout completa.
Air Conditioning and Maintenance: Air conditioning is powerful and Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps.
Connectivity Pro: 200 MB optical fiber Wi-Fi with Ethernet ports (perfect for digital networks).
Cocina Equipada: All necessary to prepare all your meals, in addition to the hot box, plancha and planchar table.

Your reservation includes access to the exclusive areas of the building:
Swimming pool with view: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Note: Keep the moons open if the moons are festive).

Uninterrupted Services: The building has full electricity and water reserve. ¡You comfort will not relax!
Security 24/7: Reception with permanent surveillance and access control.

📍 Privileged location
Found in the heart of the western area, it is located a short distance from the gastronomic area of El Peñón, the Zoo of Cali and the best restaurants and museums of the city.
Guest Access:
Once you rent the apartment, the whole place is yours. You are welcome to have people visit you but please respect the house rules at all times and remember that all guests must be registered with the building's security guard.
Building visitor policy:
All visitors must be registered with the building security at the front desk. Up to 2 visitors are permitted per reservation and must vacate the building by 11 pm. Visitors are not allowed to use the building common areas such as pool, steam bath, sauna or gym.
The Neighborhood:
The Santa Teresita residential neighborhood is located in one of the best parts of town near the Cali Zoo and bordering the El Peñon hotel and gastronomic zone.
Within a few blocks you will find the Super A supermarket with the Baraka Ancestral Bakery on top. Also nearby is the El Molino is a another local favorite, the El Molino Bakery and Calathea Ice Cream shop.
Crepes and Waffles is the perfect family restaurant and just two blocks away by the Hampton by Hilton hotel.
The Tertulia museum and Cali's famous Cat parks are only 10 minute walk from the building and once you make it there you might as well keep following the river to the Boulevard and the beautiful Ermita church.
Colonial San Antonio is located behind the hotel Intercontinental. In conclusion, there's plenty of things of interest to keep busy for days in this part of town.
Getting Around:
During the day, I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 5.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.
At night, best to use a taxi / Uber / Didi.
Other Things to Note:
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
Please note the apartment is in a residential building called Riomaggiore City Tower with security at the reception. We only operate the apartment, we do not administrate the building. The building requires a registration process separate from ours to gain access. You have to announce your group at the reception first and present identification.
For first time guests in Riomaggiore, the reception will have to add a picture profile of each person into their system. Similar to a gym or club membership.
After your arrival, your group may be asked again to identify themselves at the reception if they step in and out of the building. We recommend to have identification on you at all times.
Building Access For External Visitors (Effective May 1, 2026)
Riomaggiore has introduced a new building policy for visitor access.
Registered guests included in the reservation do not pay any additional fee.
External visitors must purchase a day pass for entry at $25,000 COP per person, per day.
Children under 12 are exempt.
The pass is issued by the building and includes access to the pool, steam bath, sauna, and gym. Payment can be made at reception via cash, QR, or bank transfer.
This is a building-wide rule set by the administration and not related to us a host.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank and electric plant for emergencies.
