Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
A friend and I were going to family weekend and we were going to stay there. I drove 500miles for family weekend thinking it was going to be a great weekend… However, When I arrived in Tallahassee, my daughter and I went to the vrbo to check it out. 1. It smelled of smoke2. There was no electricity or water. The fuse box was in the room and there was no electricity or water that we could turn on!3. The owner, said she would have her tech turn on electricity. The box was in the apartment and we did try to turn it on and nothing, no electricity or water! 4. She contacted me later and said he was going to turn it on. Then she messaged me that he had been in an accident so she would refund the money. She would find somewhere for us to go but never reached out again…That conversation was last Friday and still have not been refunded. 5. And she would refund the money, however this hasn’t happened yet. Beware…. This is my only negative review bc I love vrbo and use it frequently. So sad to about this trip w/ vrbo6. Never heard from her after that…
