This is the cutest cottage! My young adult sons thought it was awesome, and so did I. It has every convenience you can think of...and the kayak and paddle board were awesome! Cute older cottage in a great location. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Walking distance to the marina for dinner and sunset, and a short drive to the Flora-Bama. Thankful for cooler weather as the wall AC units can be a little loud for light sleepers. Overall it was a good stay.

The neighborhood was quiet, the cottage was very private. Plenty of cooking supplies. The cottage is in between the bays. Lots of bird watching. We really enjoyed it.

Overall good experience. Access was simple, kitchen was nice, location and amenities provided were very good. The only complaint is the AC is super loud and possibly not installed correctly. It turns on, makes lots of noise, then turns back off without changing the temperature much. Would have been rough if we visited in a warmer time of year.

We Stay Here 2-3 Times a Year

We have stayed here 2-3 times a year for the last 15 years. We use the Ocean Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, ice machine to fill up ice chests every day, beach chairs and umbrellas. We walk to the restaurant and Tiki bar at the Bear Point Harbor marina in the neighborhood - The best sunsets on the whole island. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach.

It is a very open cottage with hard wood floors and ceilings. It is a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the marina, restaurant and bar and a place where everyone knows your name. The back bays are great for jet skiing, kayaking and traveling to great restaurants and bars by kayak, Paddle-Board or boat. Enjoy watching the dolphins and incredible sunsets. Neighborhood is great for walking, canoeing and kayaking, swimming and fishing.

What makes this property unique

We have Ocean Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, Surf Board and Beach chairs for you to use. We are also along the Orange Beach Canoe/Kayak trail. Walk to OSO restaurant and Tiki Bar (https://www.osobearpoint.com/) at the marina in the neighborhood for the best sunsets on the island. Less than 10 minutes to the Flora Bama. Directly across the bay from Pirates Cove for great burgers and the best Bushwackers anywhere.
