The property was great ! I love that tennis supply and pool items were supplied. Everything was neatly done and the pool was clean . The property is very family friendly, it came with board games to play. Also the pool area is very pretty at night and the sitting by the pool is so relaxing !

The furniture, drapes, carpets etc were dated. Issue getting tv to work. Host was helpful when contacted. It was clean. Pool was in good shape. Clearly he is working on the grounds but unfortunately seemed to have lost plantings. Asked to launder, fold and place in linen closet before departure. Difficult task when one is trying to get out the door in the morning.

Host was very responsive, check in & check out was fine - no issues.Our main issue with the property was cleanliness The showers/bath tubs were not clean. The shower heads were crusty. It seems as though the bathrooms have not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen trash can had dried garbage juice on the outside, which I cleaned myself.Upon arrival, the pool did not look clean and had tons of bugs in there. But the host got her pool guy to come out the next morning to clean it right away, which I appreciated.And beware, this is the first home I rented where I was required to wash, dry & fold all towels used. Usually, the hosts only ask we start a wash or throw all towels & linen in the wash room.

Overall, everything was good. The location was great, the property was clean and neat, and had what we needed. A few notes: the heated pool is an extra charge, and it took several tries with the combination lock before someone had to come help — about 2 hours later.The main issue was parking, 2 spots but other vehicle we had was very difficult to find a spot, and some neighbors were unfriendly (we even got flipped off).Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
