I was very happy with this home, and whole family was too! The host was very easy to communicate with, and everything was exactly as expected. The listing was perfectly accurate, and the house even came stocked with useful things like a beach wagon, beach chairs, and more!I would recommend this house for any group or family traveling to Virginia Beach. Very convenient and quiet location!

What a fabulous home base for our multi generational family vacation! The house was just as advertised! We had room to spread out and enjoy privacy too! The location was so close to the beach. We loved it! We all noticed how nicely decorated and furnished the house was too. Thanks!

Yun the owner was very accommodating and helpful. House was beautiful and close to the beach. Garage had all necessities for our families to bring to the beach. Grocery store was so close as well. We loved our trip and would stay here again

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was provided when we got there, even a wagon to help tote the things to three beach. Everyone could not have been happier. We had a wonderful family week together. The host was wonderful to respond to any questions. If you go there, you will leave happy, as we all did. The parking was perfect and the convenience store nearby made our trip easier.

Off street parking was a plus. Nice amenities including beach going stuff.House was clean and the host was extremely accessible. Plenty of beds and baths for all. Everything was done with comfort / beach vacation in mind. This place is right off Atlantic Ave where all the night life and shops are. Short walk to the beach. Well worth the memories we created. It did not disappoint. The sunrises were the best.

We had a wonderful vacation here with our extended family! The house was perfect for our group of nine. The first floor had a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, plus a full bath. The second floor included a king bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double and twin bed, another with a queen bed, and a shared full bath. The third floor featured a spacious living area, two dining tables, a well-equipped kitchen, and a half bath.Everything was clean and comfortable. A small HVAC leak had caused some first floor ceiling damage, but it was mostly repaired before our arrival. Our only minor challenge was having the kitchen on the third floor. We joked that we wished there was a dumb waiter! The location was excellent: the beach was about a 3-minute walk away, with a lovely boardwalk and daily grooming to the sand. Restaurants and a Harris Teeter were within walking distance, and a 7-Eleven was directly across the street from the house. The home provided plenty of beach equipment/toys and a wagon, and the driveway comfortably fit our two cars, with room for a third. Yun was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this home for large groups and would gladly stay here again. 5 stars!

Me and my friends absolutely loved this house. Amazing space, very clean. The third floor was out favorite part as well as the kitchen area. Everything was organized and the host had so many amenities. Everybody had a place to sleep it was honestly one of the best times we’ve ever had in our life.

Beautiful space! I had some trouble with the digital lock, but Yun was very responsive. Back bedroom was very noisy in the evening due to a parking lot being adjacent to the home, but I put in earplugs and all was well.

Great property and great location. We had a 4 night stay with 8 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Plenty of space, great amenities, and a short walk to everything (shops, grocery store, and restaurants). There are two flights of stairs to get from the entrance and bottom bedroom to the kitchen and living room but I look at it as an opportunity to get your steps in. While the driveway holds three cars, you can fit a fourth car in the garage if necessary. The host is awesome, super responsive, and accommodating. Everyone loved it and there's so much to do in and around the surrounding area. Not a fan of the loud cars on Pacific Ave (every now and then) but nothing I can do to control that. I would stay here again.

What an amazing house just minutes from the beach! Super convenient if you have kids (we had a 4yo with us). It’s right next to the 7/11 which was also super convenient when we needed drinks/snacks. The house had a ton of beach accessories in the garage that we were allowed to use and the large beach wagon was an absolute lifesaver with everything we had! I absolutely loved the openness of the top floor, where the kitchen flowed into the living and dining area. So much space to spread out and relax where you feel comfortable. Will absolutely be staying at this house again next year!
