Austin's Eastside Flats offers private flats in the culture-rich east side of downtown Austin.

The Upper Flat sleeps four and features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room and a fantastic terrace. The couch in the living pulls out into a comfortable bed for two and the flat is stocked with an ironing board and iron, large flat screen tv, hair dryer, high speed wifi and many more amenities.

You'll love the Upper Flat's deck view of an iconic Austin moontower and beautiful tree tops. You won't believe you are downtown with so much green! It has a complete kitchen, full bath, queen size bed, pull out sofa and even a secluded reading/workspace. It is located just a few blocks from great restaurants and bars.

Outstanding all around!

We stayed at Eastside Flats for 4 nights, and it has everything! Nice touches throughout and great deck, which feels like a treehouse. Ryan is great, and location is too. Can't say enough good things.

Everything was perfect

Ryan and Jenny were unbelievably accomidating while traveling with our 6 month old. The place is lovely and set back in a little hidden oasis. It was recently built and the design and finishes are perfect and true to the pictures. There is a beautiful vegetable garden and friendly dogs all around. They put a ton of love into building their guest house and it continues to show as they host you. We loved hanging out on the private deck while our little guy napped, watching the dogs play and listening to the birds while drinking Topo Chico. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for helping make our first Austin trip awesome.

Beautiful and modern!

We stayed in the upper flat and it was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Our hosts, Ryan and Jenny, were excellent hosts. The flat was close to downtown and had parks, golf courses, and cool restaurants within 5-10 minutes away. We loved the flat and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Austin up close!
