The condo sleeps 6. The living room has comfortable seating - including an American Leather Cassidy sleeper sofa - that will enable you to enjoy great views in multiple directions. The spacious balcony provides a gas grill as well as casual seating to enjoy the mountain scenery. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances as well as microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and crock pot. Dishes, cups, pots, pans and cooking utensils are all provided and ready for your use.

NOTE 1: The hot tub and swimming pool were closed effective March 31, 2023 while the area is remodeled and upgraded. Due to significant improvements, modifications, repairs and various local and federal requirements, the hot tub and pool will now likely be available Spring 2024. I will update if they are available sooner.

NOTE 2: Our Homeowners Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into our condo. We are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.

NOTE 3: While there is a 'NO ANIMAL’ policy as above, we cannot control guests who bring animals inside the condo. Our family uses the condo throughout the year and our family dog is often with us. So, if you are allergic to cats, dogs, or any other animals, this may not be the condo for you and we ask that you make other arrangements for your stay in Snowmass.

NOTE 4: Please be aware that our cancellation policy will be in effect for all cancellations. We suggest you get travel insurance in uncertain times - guests have purchased it over the years and it seems to be very reasonable.
