The Apartment:

This apartment has a private terrace and private parking. It has its own private entrance and exit to the pool.
On the inside of the apartment one can find a big living area, big kitchen, bedroom and separate toilet and shower.

The apartment is fully renovated and furnished with high quality furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for your summer getaway, its only a 10 minute walk from the bustling town center and yet far enough so you may enjoy the absolute peace and quiet.

The house:

The house features big mediterranean garden, private parking spots, unique pool, cosy wellness area, modern gym and beautiful surroundings.

The house is overlooking the town and the sea providing you with the best of both worlds. The house is surrounded by magnificent nature, big trees and colorful flowers will greet you every morning.

Every guest that arrives will be warmly welcomed at the reception and they will have an access to the huge social area where they can sit, relax and enjoy their cup of coffee.


Guest access:

All our guests have access to the special bio pool, big area for wellness that includes sauna, jaccuzzi, shower and lounging chairs. Everything you will need for a perfect relaxing summer night.

Guests also have an access to the gym with all the equipment required for a good exercise to start your day.

Guests also have an access to the grill with a big terrace where they can relax with their friends and family while overlooking the town and the sea.

All of these ammenities and areas are free of charge and they are included in the price of the apartment. We took great care when creating these areas for our guests with only one goal in mind - to provide you with a care free holidays where you can truly relax your body and mind.


The neighborhood:

We can proudly say that our house is located in a perfect spot of this beautiful town. Just next to the house one can find the trail of Kavran - an ancient trail that the milkmaids used in the times past to haul their dairy to the town center. It takes you through a lush forest, next to the Kavrans rock, to the top of the mountain where you can see the entire sea and the town below your feet.

Did you maybe come with your loved one? Only a few minutes away is the famous Love Trail. If you follow the well maintained path it will take you to ancient roman fort that overlooks the Vinodol valley. The legend says that couple that walk the path together are bound to stay together.

If you hear distant bells in the morning that will be the sounds of church Saint Anton greeting you. Only a few minutes away lies a beautiful catholic church with its imposing bell tower.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet so don't worry about crowds and loud noises, you won't hear them here (that's what the city center's for).


Getting around:

The city centre is only 10 minutes of sightseeing walking distance from our house (make that 5 - 7 minutes if you are walking at a normal pace).

The distance to the sea is only 600 meters away so feel free to leave your car at home, here everything is within a short walking distance.

Once you enter the city centre traveling around is easy and fast (not to mention attractive if you go for a boat ride or a famous car-train ride). That's the beauty of small towns, everything is nearby.


Other things to note:

Once a week guests can attend thrilling fishing on a boat with a talented young fisherman who also holds the world champion title in fishing, you will get to fish with the best there is and learn valuable fishing skills. The guests will be able to keep any fish they catch.

The price for this organized fishing trip will be discussed with our guests and is optional for anyone seeking a fun and thrilling fishing experience.

There will always be a family member around to help guests with anything that might need, we also provide transportation to the airport and we can also help with anything else you might require.
