The biggest advantage of this house is its attractive location,it is located only 8 meters from the sea and 3 meters from the beach, morning coffee and sunset are simply wonderful in this house. You can swim in the sea whenever you want to, you do not even need to be on the beach, you can be on the terrace and you will still feel like you are in the sea because it is soo close. Each apartment has a free parking spot 10 meters from the house. City center is just a 5 minute of walk along sea :)
