- The unit is attached to the owner's home, but there is no door between them. You have your entire space to yourself and it is completely private!
- This home is DOG friendly (sorry, no cats) A Maximum of two (2) small dogs are allowed at our home. Pet fee is $75 per dog.
- The yard is not fully fenced, but Palmer Park is a fantastic place to take your dog for exercise.
- Starter supply provided: Includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels.
- No mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
- Winter Travel Advisory: Snowfall can make roads icy. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for safer travel in winter months.
