This condo is located near the slopes and snow tubing in the winter, approximately 450 yards. During the summer, we are 400 or so yards from golf and tennis. We are also approximately 10 minutes from Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway, which are beautiful during the fall! There are several hiking trails and biking areas near our condo.

There is a washer and dryer located in the condo, so you do not have to go anywhere to do your laundry. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator if you do not want to go out to eat for each meal. Located about 5 minutes from the condo is a Food Lion, Bella's Italian Restaurant, Subway and Chinese food restaurant.

The master bedroom has a king size bed in it. The loft upstairs has two twin beds and a futon. The living area has a sleeper sofa as well. Outside on the balcony, there are 2 chairs with small tables to hold your morning coffee or after dinner drinks while you enjoy the view.

Please note that the stairs to the loft are steep. There is a hand rail, but if you have problems with steep stairs, this may cause problems.

The parking lot is well maintained and you should be able to easily park near the unit, it is typically pretty quiet and peaceful. There is on site trash disposal for your convenience.

Items provided:

-Sheets and comforters for all beds.
-Towels, washcloths and hand towels.
-Basic kitchen items.
-Toilet paper--2 rolls.
-Infant/toddler air mattress upon request.
-Card games and board games.
-Small reading library.
-High speed Wifi.

The wifi password will be in the information binder at check in.

Also included in the information binder will be places that we can recommend along with tips and tricks we have learned.

NOTE::: During winter months, you may need 4 wheel drive or snow chains to get to the mountain. While we are not at the top of Sugar Mountain, we are on the mountain. There will be no refunds for weather related problems.

As a general rule of thumb--The best time for skiing will be December thru March.

-We are roughly 5 minutes from a Food Lion, Subway, coffee shop, Chinese food restaurant and Italian Food restaurant.
-10-15 minutes from Grandfather Mountain.
-10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
-5-10 minutes from downtown Banner Elk.
-5-10 minutes from McDonalds.
-15-20 minutes from Beech Mountain skiing.

**Air conditioner is NOT central AC. There are 2 portable AC units that can be used as needed.**

Please note--Max occupancy is 6 people. If you have 6 adults, space WILL be tight. The entire condo is approximately 700 sq. ft.
