Full access to the home, but please note the garage is temporarily limited to one vehicle as the owner has personal items there. Once cleared, you will be able to park two vehicles in the garage.

1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house.
2. Pls park your cars in the driveway or 1 vehicle inside the garage
3. The hot tub is not supervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool. Guests acknowledge that we are not liable for any injury, accident, or death related to the use of the hot tub

4. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house without a refund if there is a violation.

5. We are pet friendly, and need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee.
6. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
7. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
8. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
