Great House, Great Beach - but you have to share it with Ants

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this home two years in a row - we love the location, the deck and the layout of the home. The only downside is that this home has a serious ant problem - we at least came prepared this year with spray/traps - but they were no match. Thankfully - the hundreds of ants are usually in the kitchen and downstairs master bathroom and not the beds - but it sure would be great if this problem could be solved.

Great oceanfront home

We didn’t think we would use the pool, but it was a nice feature! Perfect for our stay with 6 adults and an infant.

Going on our 4th Stay at this House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here, so much that next year will be our fourth year! The salt water pool update was wonderful and it’s so lovely having both pool and beach access. This house is always so clean and well kept. We have enough room for our whole family, which is four couples and three children. The shed always has pool toys, sand toys and beach chairs and we always take advantage of the vaykay beach credit. This year we explored more of the area on our bikes and next year we are going to upgrade to a golf cart. The only downside is the flies can get intense, especially when the breeze dies down and it makes it difficult to eat outside and the water pressure in the kitchen sink made dishwashing a real chore, but there is a dishwasher! We also wish checkout was later (10am) so that we had more time to say goodbye. Our kiddos are already counting down the days for next year.

Thank you so much for being part of our vacation family for four years! We truly appreciate your feedback as well. We’re aware of the kitchen sink water pressure and already have a plumber scheduled to come take a look and get that addressed. We’re so glad the kiddos are already counting down to next year, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back!

On the beach can’t be beat

Really enjoyed having a place directly on the beach and it’s own pool. Easy to keep young children entertained going from the beach to the pool. Very convenient to stores and restaurants as well. Pictures somewhat exaggerated but overall very worth it and would go back

Best Family Vacation

This property was wonderful. The easy access to the beach and the personal pool were definitely fan favorites. The house was well spaced for our family and accommodated all ages comfortably. There were so many things available for use, like beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys etc. The property was very clean. Would recommend renting a golf cart for short strips up the street!

Family vacation

The kids loved the pool. Adults loved watching the sunrise on the beautiful deck. Lots of bedrooms to hold all our extended family. We had some trouble getting the living room tv to work but management helped us work through that problem. Clean and comfortable home. Lots of thing to do in Myrtle Beach. Saw the show at Pirates Voyage, Savannah Playground, Ripleys, Alligator Park and all was wonderful. Great vacation. Would highly recommend this home.

Our Three Suns Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house! Nicely decorated, furniture and beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with table settings, flatware and pots and pans. Only one small suggestion that is important to cooks, and that is to have the chopping and paring knives sharpened and provide a better spatula. Overall, we were all very pleased with the accomadations!

Best beach view/beach access

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Needs better pots, pans and knives! Back deck is gorgeous. Wish there were a way to provide shade sometimes. Pool was perfect!! Outdoor furniture was very sturdy. Nice large dining table. Bathrooms need updating. Toilet loose from floor. Kitchen faucet was broken, but we figured something out. Overall, a good house.

A Million Dollar View but ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular. The outdoor deck is a great place to sit as the sun goes down. Overall, the house is not in the condition shown in the pictures. It needs some maintenance work so that was disappointing, especially for the price. There are better options on that same beach. But that view is pretty great.

Hey Michael, Thank you so much for your feedback! The owner truly appreciated your suggestions and has taken advantage of the off-season to complete several updates at Our Three Suns and a Seagal. This year, you’ll enjoy a freshly painted downstairs, new furniture throughout the home, new upstairs flooring (no more carpet in the bedrooms!), and additional parking. New photos are coming in March of 2026. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay this year!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful week. The only thing was ants in the kitchen. Put out the ant bait that was provided in the house. That helped with the situation. I wish we could have used the pool. I understand the situation could not help.

Staff was great and always attentive. Only problem was the wifi didn’t work. We had a problem with lights not working (was out of everyone’s control) and as soon as I called, they had someone out to look and fix the problem! Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with bugs during your stay. Unfortunately, because of all the rain we had along the coast this summer, we've experienced issues with ants and palmetto bugs. Unfortunately, the only thing we can do is put out bait stations and have pest control spray the property. Additionally, to make properties less appealing to insects, we ask guests to be sure and keep doors closed (including sliding glass doors), clean up spills and crumbs in the kitchen, keep food in tightly sealed containers, and empty the garbage regularly. Palmetto bugs are opportunists. These precautions will help keep them from entering the property to look for food sources. Again, we are sorry to hear your stay was less than stellar. We hope to have the opportunity to see you again and improve your experience with us.

Great after Christmas week!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location practically on the beach. It is well maintained, spacious and clean. Favorite place was the deck. Weather was in 70s which was phenomenal for Dec.House, porches, and deck have been redone with hardi plank. Some construction materials were left on sight which was a bit concerning. House is no longer pink. Great improvements. There a few maintenance issues which were handled quickly and professionally.
