Fully furnished two bedroom condo Trees Residences Fairview Quezon City
condo with greenery surroundings has a true relaxing feeling. It comfortably fits four and is centrally located on a quiet street, just two blocks from three major malls sm, ayala and robinsons so you can choose from different cuisines to shopping or have some tea just 5minutes walk. What makes my space unique is because of the simplicity but very cozy, it will definitely gives you a peace of mind and relaxing feelings. a telephone line so you can make an order to any restaurants nearby whenever you feel starving! Free Wi-Fi so you can surf anytime you want and connect it to our 32inch smart television or chat/video call to your loved ones. Guests can access to swimming pool with minimal fee of Php150/head (US$3) for normal days and Php300/head (US$6) for hollidays, opening hrs from 6am to 10pm. public transportation right in front of the condo or get a Grab/Uber to pick you up, or ask our guard on post to radio the guards on the gate to get you a taxi/cab. Thanks very much and we're looking forward on welcoming you!

And until now i am working abroad with the same Job, So i want to make it sure that all of our guests will experience the best and relaxing staycation they ever have!

I bought this property because of the place and the developer who build and manage it. This property SMDC Trees Residences is near by Three Major Malls the SM fairview, Fairview Terraces Mall and Robinson Mall, just 3-5mins walk.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of our unit is some of our furnitures and design is made/from The Netherland and England, so there will be some touch of european interior.
