Perfect location if you're planning a universal and Disney trip. House has a lot of potential, but seemed to have a lot of deferred maintenance. The property manager was responsive, although 2/3 of the issues we expressed weren't remedied before our departure. The grass was pretty tall, the sliding doors all need adjusted because they are extremely hard to open, and the living room fixed glass slides with the door. Tbe primary toilet never fully flushed and the toggle switch for the shower (for switching from wand to overhead) did not work, resulting in about 50% water coming out of each. As mentioned in other reviews, there was an odor throughout the house and the water smelled like sewer. The microwave had a strong urine smell and the disposal did not work. I would probably still stay here again with lowered expectations simply because it was spacious, the location was perfect for us, and the issues were more of an inconvenience than deal breakers.
