Please turn off all the lights, AC and fans/heating, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, etc.
You can leave the key at the key-box just next to the main entrance door code 1102 or at the BEAT bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a lovely, clean and cosy apartment, within easy walking distance of the Grand Place etc. The host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy and smooth. Would stay again.

i wouldn’t refer this space,elevator did not work we had to take stars to fourth floor, no ac when it’s 80 outside.and the best is rats coming from the restaurant on ground floor. waste of money

We want to clarify that the elevator is part of the building’s common infrastructure and is maintained by building management. While temporary outages can occur, this was outside of our direct control, but if you could report it to us we would have done our best to fix it. The property is equipped with air conditioning and was functioning as designed. Weather conditions and personal comfort preferences can vary. Regarding your allegation of pests, there have been no verified reports of this issue within our unit. The building maintains routine pest-control services, and no concerns were reported to us during your stay. We strive to provide an accurate listing and a clean, well-maintained space, and we stand by the quality and value offered.
