Our plan includes personal protection guidelines and upgraded housekeeping cleaning products to kill the mandated 99.9% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria. Personal Protection • Operations personnel and housekeeper’s temperature is frequently checked for fever and required to stay at home if fever is 100.4% or higher and feeling Ill. • Operation Personnel is required to wear recommended personal protection and maintain 6ft social distancing guidelines. Masks, Gloves and shoe covers are worn at all times while servicing the unit. All employees have been trained on cross contamination procedures as new Personal protection wear is changed between servicing other units. Prevention • Housekeeping uses high grade cleaning products approved to kill 99% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria. • Housekeepers now use a more enhanced cleaning procedure targeting “High Touched” areas including Doorknobs, Light switches, electronic knobs and remotes, kitchen appliances/ Handles and bathroom fixtures/ faucets etc. • Disinfectant spray applied to all hard surfaces and furniture after through cleaning. We are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone involved. These necessary precautions also ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean environment.
