New to the rental market in summer 2025: Blue Cottage has been fully updated and is ready for your NH beach vacation. Easy walk to Jenness Beach, the Carriage House, and Summer Sessions. Let the ocean sounds and breeze accompany drinks on the screened-in porch or lull you to sleep. Master bedroom and bath on the first floor along with a spacious living room (large TV and pull out couch) and kitchen with modern appliances. Second floor has three bedrooms (queen, full, two twins with trundle) and a second full bathroom. Brand new mini-split HVAC system. Sleeps 8-10. Laundry on site. Outdoor shower, fire pit, ample parking.

Closely held and loved, we hope that Blue Cottage becomes part of your family summer tradition.

We loved that the house is so close fo the beach and our favorite restaurants. The place was clean and loved all the little extras the host left in rhe fridge with a welcome note. Also the supplies such as Trader Joes shampoo and body wash, plenty of supplies and k cups!

Check in was seamless and the property was even ready early. 4 bedrooms and pullout couch provided plenty of sleeping options. And a short walk to a soft sand beach cannot be beat, the location is excellent. We took advantage of the outdoor shower and firepit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a great experience staying at this beach cottage. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout was perfect for our family, and we appreciated the attention to detail - from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and outdoor seating areas.The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and easy throughout the entire process.We’d definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-kept place to enjoy the beach!
