This is truly a one of a kind seaside retreat. From the minute you enter the front gate you will delight in the one of the most spectacular landscape designs in Dewey Beach. The lush gardens, in ground pool, and lovely screened porch were designed to make you feel like you are in your own private hideaway.

This resort style retreat is just 1.5 blocks to the beach on Chesapeake Street in Rehoboth by the Sea. Seaside Rendezvous is a Key West style family villa with outdoor living spaces, 4 bedrooms which sleep 10 guests. Beautiful 12x27 in ground pool with spectacular hardscaped pool areas. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tropical foliage and an intimate poolside deck area for relaxing with afternoon cocktails or just taking in the stars in the evening. Once you arrive at Seaside, you will never want to leave.

The landscaping includes subtle low voltage lighting, evening pool lights, and small white lights throughout the entire outdoor area that make evenings simply enchanting.

Our family retreat is one of the most spectacular settings at the beach. If you are looking to create special memories and enjoy the laid back Key West style setting, this is the place for your family! Central Air, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking for 2 cars off-street.

Seaside Rendezvous is located on the Northern most end of Dewey beach in the exclusive Rehoboth by the Sea Community, 1.5 blocks to the beach across from Lake Comegy. Chesapeake Street is only 2 blocks long starting at the ocean and ending at the lake so you will enjoy a peaceful, holiday environment in a quiet residential area.

All groups are require to purchase accidental damage insurance and pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We are dog friendly! $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.

Please note: A 3% fee will be withheld from Security Deposit for all credit or debit card(E-check) payments.

There is a $175 pool heat fee for all reservations September-Nov 30 & March 15-early June. Please see note at bottom of description regarding pool heat.

IMPORTANT REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Many guests like the ambiance of the pool to sit by and many like to swim even though it is cooler. Pool heat fee is $150 per stay and required April-mid June & Sept-late Nov. If temperatures are below the low 50's at night ,the pool will likely only heat to 70-75 degrees with the pool heat running constantly. Heated temperature all depends on the evening temperatures. If there is unforeseen severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would cause the pool to be closed, the pool heat will be refunded.

The pool will be open from early April until mid November, weather dependent.

This house is not rented to groups under 30.
