Great place to visit the city

Everything about this property was accurate based on the descriptions. John was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time in NYC and appreciated this lovely property to get away from some of the bustle each eveningHighly recommend staying here!

First time in the area & using Vrbo. Place was nice & accommodating for family with 2 teens. Beds were comfy, didn’t use the pull out couches. As with all places there was minor wear & tear but nothing of issue. Communication was great & expectations very reasonable. Laundry seemed to be a shared space in garage which was fine. We were very glad to see this garage was plenty big enough to fit our large SUV & still have room to pack/unpack etc in garage. We used an uber to get to the Path station, ran us about 15 each way, could’ve walked to the light rail if we were up to it. Uber was just easier for us. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Property was not clean. Dirty showers, bathrooms, rooftop had cigarettes and chewed up gum. We didn’t stay and host did not work with us for a refund which left us in a tough situation for our family. Would not recommend.

Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed in touch and very communitive with us and responded promptly when we asked questions. The location has hardly anything around it but not far away from the transit centers and liberty park! It was a great stay! To the property manager thank you for all you did to accommodate us!
