The house was clean and roomy. Great for a dog with the large back yard. Also it is only a short walk to the large off leash dog park.

The house was brand new inside, well furnished and had a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was beautiful. We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this house was among the best.

I was pleasantly surprised the house was very clean. The yard was nice. The grass didn't have a bunch of dead spots so the dogs could run around comfortably and stay clean. The location is fantastic. Overall, the listing is very accurate and the hosts are a great communicators.

The house met all of our family's needs. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our small dog. The central location was also an asset for us.

This place was wonderful. It was extremely clean and in a nice location. The only complaint I have is that they had the lawn treated while we were there and the flags the company put up said to stay off the lawn until 11:00 am the next day (they applied the chemicals at 1:00 pm). I chose this house to be able to let my dogs run in the fenced yard.

We are glad you had a wonderful time during your stay. Unfortunately, yard treatment does need to happen during a guest stay on a rare occasion. We aren't sure why they wrote such a long time on the yard flag. When we called them, they said once dry it is pet safe, normally only a couple of hours. We hope the multiple nearby parks helped ease the trouble this routine maintenance caused. We hope you return and stay with us again in the future.

Perfect place for a visit with our daughter! Hosts were quick to respond to messages, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and Christmas cookie baking, and the beds were comfortable. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard, and attached garage parking was so convenient! We will be back!

Comfortable and Homey!

This is, by far, the best place I have stayed in Bozeman. It was perfect for me, my daughter who was recovering from a medical procedure, and our 2 dogs. I wanted something spacious, and comfortable, with a great layout for resting and cooking and also working remotely. This suited our needs perfectly and has ruined me for ever staying in a hotel again!

Dog heaven

We came for a bike race and a little fishing, but honestly our dog had the best time of all. With a park right next door, and then an amazing dogs-off-leash park just a couple blocks north, and a pleasant, fenced backyard with grill, the house was truly dog heaven. It was also quite comfy for us humans with a well-stocked kitchen, nice living area, and cozy beds.

We had a marvelous stay at Parkview Villa. This house was incredibly well-equipped, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and dinners together. The dogs loved the fenced yard! The location of this home was fabulous. We could walk to the dog park, and even a playground. When I say this place was clean, it was!! our grandbaby is not yet walking and crawled everywhere. It was immaculate. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to come back!

It was very nice. Never found a remote for the fireplace. Also, never communicated with property manager, which is fine, but on the rating system should be an N/A option.

To be clear, the place itself was generally pretty great. Extra requirements to vet the renters through a third party, photograph any previous damage to the property and to put down a substantial security deposit, however, really felt overly burdensome and onerous. Didn’t get the deposit back for nearly a month! Caused us just way too much headache and worry for a three day stay. Will just stay in a hotel next time.

We are glad to hear that you had a great stay and enjoyed the property. We are sorry to hear that the secure ID verification process was burdensome to you. This process generally only rakes a minute or two and is necessary since VRBO does not confirm or guarantee the identity of guests booking on their platform. Similar to checking into a hotel, confirming a guest's identity is vital for liability and safety reasons. The recommendation to photograph any damage is just that, and is best practice to protect you as the guest. We recommended you do this anywhere you stay, not just with us. When you choose to do a damage deposit, that is handed through VRBO. Unfortunately we do not control that process or timeline. Again, we are glad you had a great stay and appreciate your feedback as we strive to provide the best guest experience possible.
