Best Condo on Marathon

We cannot say enough nice things about this condo, the pool, the beach, the pier or the sunrises. This is an excellent setup for a family looking to entirely relax. The views are outstanding. You cannot get much closer to the water. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Fishing from the pier every morning proved eventful. And, just a 2 minute stroll to Sunset Beach each night to watch the show. Ideal!!!

Hurricane Irma dealt a terrible blow to the Florida Keys and to our beautiful Key Colony Point complex... the good news... all of our condo interiors weathered the storm just fine. We're planning to reopen by December 1.

Condo on the beach front was spectacular! The accomodations were beautiful with ample furnishings and utensils. Pool and hot tub were perfect and all the guests were friendly including the manager. My family will seriously consider staying again for another memorable vacation experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo with phenomenal views. The sunrise over the water and afternoon shaded balcony were wonderful. We very much enjoyed the condominium. It was luxuriously furnished and the kitchen had all the extras one might need to cook your own catch! Beautiful patio for watching the sun rise and just overall a great stay! Fishing from the pier was a highlight for my boys and local scuba and snorkeling options are plentiful. Convenient to most all of the keys this is a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Rich’s place. The condo was beautiful just as described and the view is just spectacular. The property was very low key & quiet, which was perfect for us. The master bed was very comfortable. The property manager is onsite & very attentive. I wound definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

Total Relaxation

The unit was exactly as described, only better. The breeze thru all of the sliding doors can’t be captured in a photo. Peaceful and relaxing. The boats coming and going were very cool, maybe causing a bit of “boat envy”. Definitely the perfect getaway from our hectic, high stress jobs, not to mention the cold.
