The farmhouse boasts five spacious bedrooms over three floors, two and a half bathrooms, a beautifully restored chef's kitchen with herringbone brick floors, primary bedroom with claw foot tub, dining room that comfortably seats twelve, a large but cozy living area, a study/game room & solarium. Central air conditioning throughout. Salt water, in-ground pool & hot tub complete w/ outdoor shower. And five wood-burning fireplaces!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

1. Please strip all beds of used linens. Please leave the mattress covers on as well as pillow protectors. 2. Please leave all used towels beside the laundry closet (located near kitchen) in basket.
3. Please load & run dishwasher. No dishes to be left in the sink. Thank you! 4. Please clear out refrigerators & take trash/recycling out to cans located behind wood-slat privacy wall in driveway.
5. Please lock all doors and windows upon your departure. 6. If you came with pups, please be sure to double check the yard for clean up! 6B. Come back real soon!
