We had a very nice stay. The hot tub was wonderful. There were a few small issues, but the hosts were very prompt getting back to us when we contacted them.
We had a great stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The hosts were very engaged and available to answer questions at any time. The location was very convenient to Crystal Mountain where we enjoyed skiing. Would stay here again!

Great location! Very private and homey. Lot of room! We never used the grocery delivery but think that would be very convenient if we were there longer.
The property was clean, inviting, relaxing and VERY peaceful. Beds were impeccable and the snow falling while we were in the hot tub was picture perfect. The host was quick to respond with any questions.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad you found the place clean and welcoming, and it was a pleasure assisting you. You're welcome back anytime!
Excellent host interaction and branded amenities. Didn’t realize second bedroom and living space was a converted garage which was quite cold in Michigan winters. Awesome hot tub. Great location, only 13 minutes from Crystal Mountain ski resort. Don’t plan on using the grill if you want even cooking as burners are shot and only heat from the front. Overall, great for a cabin in the woods near the ski resort for a fraction of the price.
We had a great time. The house is very private which was nice. It was a 10-15 minute drive to town and to activities. The house was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was good. Check-in and check-out was easy.

- The hot tub was great. - The driveway was one big sheet of ice! I fell twice but luckily my family did not fall.- A lot of kitchen cabinet doors were broken- The cleaner knocked on the door at 10:15 the day of check out but we didn't think about the time change. We were following the time from the oven clock. - Overall the house was ok. It was close to Crystal Mountain so it was what we needed. We won't spend over 800 for two days at this specific property again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the hot tub and found the location convenient for your time at Crystal Mountain.
We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, particularly with the icy driveway, cabinet condition, and the timing of the cleaner’s arrival — we understand how frustrating and concerning that must have been. Your safety and comfort are very important to us, and we’ll be addressing these items with our team to ensure improvements are made.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Power went out first night. Property owner no help and no offset of . Hot pic shows crystal clear water. Actually water in hot tub was green and cloudy. I went and bought some chemicals. Looked a lot better. Hot tub care guy showed up day before we left. Too late looked good when we left but wife wanted nothing to do with it. I think a return would be appropriate.
