We enjoyed our stay at the condo, loved the layout, and how well the rental company communicated. The condo was clean and it was the perfect place for our family of 7. We especially appreciated the bunk beds for the kids.

We stayed at the dunes of Panama There was mold on several spots of the ceiling. There was sand on the floors still from the previous renters,the master bed was hard as cinderblocks. The paint on the doorways chipping. And so dark

This was a great condo and will definitely be back. The condo had lots of space, we had 7 people anbd a baby with us, and lots of storage. The property was clean and not crowded at all. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait. We had one little issue and it was resolved within the hour. June 2026

Nice condo, the bed in the primary bedroom is very very high and we needed to buy a step stool. I suggest they provide some sort of steps for the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, great views and great layout. The other reviews are spot on, as the unit is a little dated. The master bed could use a new mattress, and there are no basic amenities in the kitchen such as foil, plastic bags, etc. so plan accordingly. Otherwise great place to stay.

Very outdated , rugs and furniture very dirty (stained) beautiful view. Construction next door made it hard while in the room… very loud and noisy, debris came onto balcony when sitting on it. People very nice and helpful

The master bedroom mattress is sold and needs replacing. It caused major back pain in our trip. None of the plug ins work with holding cords. They all fall out. The coffee pot is old and leaks. For what you pay it’s not good! The kids tv didn’t work either. Would not stay or recommend again.

Just my husband and I over Labor Day weekend. Very relaxing and after Labor Day it was very calm and easy going on the beach. Crowds were gone and it was awesome. The condo was exactly as described and we loved it!

I was disappointed in this unit. It needs a major remodel. The carpet is stained and frayed. The appliances are SO old. The master bed was sunk in on both sides of bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep and it creaks everytime you move. The master bath has black mold in the shower. Hall bathroom tub is very slow to drain. I will say, the complex itself is great. We've stated at Dunes of Panama several times in building E. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the air conditioner works great.

This place was not like it is listed. The property needs a good cleaning. The elevators were always dirty. As far as the condo goes it definitely needs some work. The master bedroom bed sinks down on both sides & constantly squeaks anytime you move. If you look under the bed they have it held up with wood. The place is very dated. And could also use a good deep cleaning. The curtains in the master bedroom were broke from the track at the top and would not close all the way. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay open while you were trying to put groceries in. The microwave needs to be replaced with a newer model. And all the faucets need to be updated. They are the ones from the 80. As far as privacy goes while setting on the balcony you really have none. People can see onto your balcony and into the living room if your setting on the couch. Also the security needs to be more present. We had parties all around us & people yelling at night. I was very disappointed in our stay. Honestly feel for what we paid it should’ve been a lot nicer. The condo needs some TLC for sure.

The master bed has been replaced (new mattress) and the property itself (elevators/security) are managed by the resort-we only handle the individual condo. We're happy to share your feedback regarding new kitchen appliances and faucets. The bed frame is held up by a wooden frame as shown-many beds have wooden frames.

Home away from home!

We had a great time at the Dunes! The condo was clean, roomy, and had all the kitchen supplies you could ever need. We are a cooking family so it was great to have all the regular appliances you’d have at home. Our only hang up was our upstairs neighbors. They must have left the balcony doors open too long and froze up their AC which caused a steady drip into our ceiling in the dining room of our unit. It messed up the ceiling, ran down the wall, and got onto the beautiful rug. I hope it can be fixed soon. As for our trip, we were able to wash our towels every day, cook, and enjoy the area like we had planned with ease. Thank you for such a great condo. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

This room was just ok. Outdated in several areas. Bed in master was absolutely horrible, the mattress basically has 2 holes you fall into. I thought something was left under the blanket when we arrived, but it was just the old mattress cover that was falling apart and clumped up. There was a floor lamp with a light bulb hanging off the side by a wire. A plastic patio chair was broken and the toaster only toasted on one side. I emailed the management company and they were quick to replace the toaster, change both patio chairs and remove the broken lamp. Although the maintenance man who took it away just said yeah, that’s going in the trash. And didn’t replace it. I didn’t want to deal with complaining about the mattress or the furniture that is way past due for a deep upholstery clean and feel those things, as well as the broken items, should have been remedied before I complained. Nothing was hidden. There are cobwebs on the popcorn ceiling above the fans, lampshade at the entryway is broken, the patio table has an umbrella hole that has the plastic part broken and is therefore jagged glass. Carpet. Old carpet. It needed cleaned as bad as the furniture. My husband had to put the front sliding doors back on their tracks. Only 2 drawers in the master dresser will reliably open and close. The The list goes on. But the unit is a nice size, and the complex itself was excellent. We would definitely stay here again, just in a different unit.

I think the people before us trashed the place or something. There was a broken lamp, something gross on the side of the bed and a lot of the dishes were dirty. I let them know about these things and they said they would fix the lamp and the mattress at our departure. Other than that though, our stay was great! The A/C worked very well, the view was amazing and we were close to all the activities that we had planned. The condo could use some updates especially to the beds but overall it was a good stay.
