Someone met us at the condo, showed us everything and explained the basics. This place is all about location, location, location. Have been to Puerto Vallarta many times and this place is right where you want to be.

Fantastic property

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience here. Centrally located with all the amenities you could need, I recommend this accommodation for families who seek enough space for everyone without sacrificing location. Larry and his colleagues were all friendly and helpful. When we had one maintenance request, it was fixed within hours. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This place is beautiful and the pool is amazing.. Also the location is prime. You can walk to the beaches, downtown, mercado, and a lot of restaurants are near by.

Wonderful condo in PV

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Everything was top notch. We loved the pool, easy access to the beach, and central location on the Malecon. We can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful, clean condo with lots of space and ideally situated next to the beach in the northern part of Zona Romantica. Sitting at/in the pool or on the balcony was very relaxing with the sounds of the waves and the adjacent river, and the views were phenomenal. Larry and the on-site property manager were excellent hosts and clearly communicated check-in/-out instructions and everything else we needed to know about the property. Would not hesitate to rent this property again next time we're in PV—everyone in our group loved the condo and grounds and enjoyed their stay.

Fabulous Old Town Residence

From checkin to checkout condo 408 was an awesome place to stay! The proximity to the restaurants, bars and ocean was GREAT! The amenities and decor in the condo….as well as the pool were 5 star!

We loved staying at Casa De Los Suenos in PV. It was beautiful, comfortable, and homey. The views were amazing. I loved that you could walk to great resturants, shopping and beaches. The security, grounds, cleaning lady, and pool staff were wonderful. You’ll get 5 stars from me!

Perfect Location!

This is the best of the best in PV! Well appointed condo in an exclusive gated complex right on the beach. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Great communication and service throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo on the beach

This condo was excellent, top rated. Fully equipped with everything you will need. Paty the property manager was wonderful to work with as well as JC the concierge. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the view exceptional! Will definitely stay here again during our next trip to PV!

Unbeatable location, great property, comfortable stay

The convenient central location of this property can’t be emphasized enough. Everything is exactly as described on the listing, and Paty the property manager is attentive and communicative, who helped attended to our small issue (couldn’t find the high chair) with moment’s notice. The whole family had a blast here, and we will definitely come back again!

Great Vacation

We loved our stay! The property was even more amazing than the pictures. Since it was our first time in PV we were not sure what to expect and everything exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and it was nice to spend the afternoons/evenings at the pool or on the terrace to view the sunset. We were able to walk to so many different locations including beach/dining/shopping. We cannot wait to come back!

This was a very well kept property with everything that you would need for your stay. The grounds and swimming pool were kept up exquisitely. The pool bar was excellent and also served food which was perfect for relaxing during lunchtime. My only complaint, which actually might be a positive to others is as follows. The manager allowed us to reschedule the time that the housekeeping service was supposed to arrive. I thought that 9:30 AM was early for guests that are on vacation so it was changed to 11:30 AM and granted it was only for one day. My objection was that once the housekeeper had arrived she stayed for 3.5 hours and we had kept the property very clean up until then. I don't want someone there for that long that I don't know and it just isn't convenient as we didn't feel comfortable leaving. Other than that, I would more than highly recommend this property.

Thanks Martin for the kinds words about your stay in our Puerto Vallarta home. On the issue of our person that cleans our condo. Yes she takes a long time to do detailed cleaning. She has been with us over 15 years and is an honest person. If you and I hope you do stay with us again we can not have her clean during your stay. I will still pay her as she depends on the money to pay her bills.

This place is absolutely incredible! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is a perfect location. We were busy the whole week and never took a taxi or an Uber. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, the grounds and especially all the wonderful people working there. You will not be disappointed!!!

Holiday stay in PV

We could not have asked for a better or more relaxing stay for Christmas. We opted for a vacation this season, rather than the tradition Christmas at home. This property had EVERYTHING. It was a master class in marathon relaxation stations. From the sweeping views, sounds of crashing ocean waves, proximity to the everything without having to get into a car... the entire family had a wonderful stay.

Perfect week in paradise!

We have stayed here for the past 4 years and had a wonderful time. This year was no exception. This year I brought my parents and sister with for their first trip to PV. They all will be coming back now! Only wish this condo wasn't already booked for next year. Larry is a great person to rent from!

Our second time here and we will return!

We love our time at Larry's place. Everything is beautiful and comfortable and Paty, the house manager, is very responsive with any and all needs we had. She speaks english. The location is so convenient for wonderful walks and great restaurants and shopping. We took a 30 minute boat excursion out to snorkel that departed a short walking distance from the condo. This is our second stay in unit 408 and we will be back! Thank you so much Larry and Paty.
