Trout Lake is home to this holiday home. Ozark Ghost Town is a local landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Brevort Township Community Recreation Area and Brevort Lake.
Property was perfectly located near the trails, rooms were adequate and nice. House had been redone recently and very clean. Everthing we needed for a great stay in the snowy north!
We had a great weekend staying at the home in Trout Lake. It’s a short walk to the restaurants and town tavern. The grocery store is only a few doors down from the home which is very convenient. The home was very comfortable and we definitely enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. Close proximity to the trail network and lake make this a great place to stay when visiting the U.P. The host Julie was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again when in the area.
This property was clean and better even than the pictures! My complaint was the water quality. Definitely bring your own drinking water.

Hi Nicole, I just wanted to let you know that we have added a water cooler/dispenser to the property to provide better drinking water. Thank you for being our guest and we hope to host you in the future.
The property, situated about an hour from several enjoyable attractions in the north, is in excellent condition. The host was incredibly responsive to our inquiries, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely like to return in the future! However, we would appreciate it if they had a water softener to eliminate the tanin smell from the water.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and your stay! You were a pleasure to host and we welcome you back any time! Thank you for your suggestion for a water softener and we will consider that option.
We enjoyed our stay. Very cute. Love the decorations and colors. Only suggestion would be more toliet paper. Had to go buy more toliet paper and hand soap. lol. Close to popular attractions.
