Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and just a block off the beach, this exclusive residence offers premium amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and gym. 30-day minimum rental. Inquire about special rates for stays of 2 months or more.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. We ask that you respect others by maintaining quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. This property is not suitable for parties. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
