Small Home-While away from Home: (Family of 3 2)

Had to come back into town for a family event, the place is not fancy, but it is simply nice. The place held us just fine and allowed us to accomplish our visits and to be visited. The owner(s) have put a lot of heart into the home. From the basket of amenities that people usually forget, to the kitchen that had everything to make meals for a group of five. Nice molding in the home. The doors have excellent locks that build confidence that no one is coming in while you're there at night, but seeing the neighbors out during the day with their grandkids on bikes and walking their dogs made me think that the locks probably were not needed in the first place. We had rented a vehicle that did not properly fit in the garage and had to have the garage door open overnight. Most cars will fit and allow you to close the garage door, but a Suburban will not. My in-laws from a different part of the world were a bit worried about leaving the vehicle accessible at night, but I was not, and a week’s stay there proved me right. The location is great, right off Main Street. There is a Grocery store close by, fast food options if you wanted, and not too far from a Walmart (check Google for the shortcut). I still have family in the area, and when we return, I would be happy to stay here again. If there were one thing I’d advise future renters, I’d say that, although the home has been newly remodeled, it has soft floors. Overall, I can only leave my recommendation to stay here.
