The house was clean and cozy but what really stood out was the host... very responsive and genuine concern for any needs. The game room is super fun and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We ENJOYED our stay!!Already booked for our next trip to see our soldier!!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Stay!

My family stayed here for our SIT’s Turning Green ceremony. The home is beautiful!! Everything was wonderful. Very easy check in, very clean, very much a great place to stay. The host, Mercedes, is a sweetheart! She answered all of my questions during booking quickly and made sure everything was perfect. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great Home to stay at with our soldier

Listing is accurate to the home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group and of course everyone enjoyed the game room. The host Mercedes was prompt with communication from the first day until the last day and very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Overall wonderful stay ! Thank you.

Loved the game room

The house overall was nice, but light fixtures were dirty in kitchen, dishes were washed in fabuloso, you could smell it and taste it. There were tiny ants all in the bathroom. No dishwasher detergent, only sink stopper had holes in. Appliances were all smeared, I guess more fabuloso.

The host was great and very quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean and it felt like a sloppy flip house. There were missing light switch covers. Several of the cabinet doors didn’t fully shut or stuck when trying to open. Some cabinets just weren’t finished on the edges at all. There was grout missing between tiles. The paint looked like it had been just slapped on the walls.There were crumbs in the kitchen cabinets and on some of the cookware. Spilled spices and syrup on the shelves by the stove. The fridge had not been wiped out. Empty cooking oil bottle and other empty food boxes in cupboards. Stove trays were dirty and had crumbs. The kitchen was not stocked well for a family of 6 to cook and serve meals. A thick layer of dust and some pieces of garbage under all the beds. There is also a safety issue to address with the bunk beds. Both bunk bed frames were being held up by a stack of cinder blocks that were covered with a sheet so you wouldn’t see them. There was no house book for how to operate the tvs or appliance, WiFi info or expectations when exiting the house. Our family traveled halfway across the country to celebrate the holidays together. I realize the host will say we didn’t notify them immediately so they could make amends but honestly there was too much to fix and we just wanted to get on with our vacation and make the best of it. This was a very disappointing home to stay in for a VRBO.
